Pretty & Nice Sign to Hardly Art

...after a trio of stops in Dayton last year, Boston's Pretty & Nice won us over with their frenetic, angular indie rock. For anyone who was fortunate enough to catch them, the energy and craft of the band was apparent. Well, others have also found it apparent as the Hardly Art label has signed the band and will put out their forthcoming disc. The ubiquitous Pitchfork also took notice and threw in their two cents. Consider this your notice, kids: Pretty & Nice will be making a tour stop in Dayton on March 20 with tourmates Exit Clov on their way back from South By Southwest. You won't want to miss this one...
