In addition to a number of local artists displaying their art, four bands will take to the stage in musical costumes for a very rare treat. Here's the rundown: The Black Cigarettes as Motley Crue; Electric Smoke as The Ramones; Orange Willard as Rage Against the Machine; Hospital Garden as The Velvet Underground.
