Flaming Lips Now Oklahoma State Song

...according to NME, the Oklahoma state legislature voted The Flaming Lips' "Do You Realize?" the new official state song. Out of a field of some 80 songs, including "Heartbreak Hotel", the Lips were chosen to represent in song the spirit of Oklahoma. So, who exactly is in charge of Oklahoma these days???
