Electric Banana

...we're pretty excited about our FREE weekly at Oregon Express, The Buddha Den NTRO/XPO, tonight as we've got one of our Dayton favorites, Electric Banana. The duo actually hail from the northern outpost of Troy, but they've been busy making a name for themselves in the city over the last year on the strength of their self-released debut, Denim on Denim, and their hyperactive live sets. The band's juxtpaosed loves of sludgy guitars and ultradanceablity lands them in a zone that keeps feet moving and heads bobbing in unison.
