Trust us, it's for the best. Yr best served to take refuge in his expansive discography. These tracks are clearly grounded in the new wave/post-punk realm, conjuring up the ghosts of Chrome and Joy Division, but the melodic hooks burst through the lo-fi murk, sinking in so quickly you barely have time to respond.
